Challenge: Dante Must Die [CHALLENGE IS OVER]
This is a run based off the Devil May Cry series. The rules of this run are simple. All you must do is play steroids, but you must stick with the two revolvers, Ebony and Ivory. You also are not allowed Throne Butt, as Ebony and Ivory are not fully automatic. Winner of the challenge is the player who reaches the highest difficulty. The results will be posted next week, or as soon as possible after then.

The results are in, and the winner is maxim.pakhomenko, as he is the only one who submitted. Good job, maxim!

Really? Wow, wasn't expecting anyone to say that. Hey, I didn't expect anyone to READ this post.

Why did you not expect anyone to read that? Because there is no prize?
no need to get offended ._.

no, it's just the premise of the challenge is kinda boring, compared to some others i just read.

Yeah, normally people just pass on by once they read there's no prize for incentive.

I would disagree. Offering a prize will motivate some people, but it is not the sole factor.

Yes. Depends on what the challenge is, mostly.

Well I'd imagine some people might do it secretly, but I don't see people often post on them with their videos or high scores often.
Maybe it's just my experience with it, mine tend to get ignored a lot in terms of submissions or acknowlegdement.

I think this is a longer discussion which I may start, but its not as simple as prizes and shallow rewards.

Yeah, I'm well aware that correlation isn't means for causation but it feels like it sometimes when your weekly challenges get 100+ replies and the community ones get neglected for the most part. Probably that official vibe that comes with them (and prizes, ha ha).

To be forward; I am not actually official.

Yeah I know. They just has a feeling to it because they are requested by "particular persons".

I was asked to make a placeholder post so it could be linked to in advance.
