If you are having issues with your account that are related to Forgot Password emails not arriving, send an email with your username and email address
(or other details if you can't remember which email you used) to firstname.lastname@example.org.For as long as me and my colleague can, we will fix these issues manually so your accounts will be fixed faster. We want to help out as many people as we humanly can, and we are pretty fast at it. At the current rate of emails we are getting, however, we may have to resort to forwarding people to our official tech support instead at some point. We also have to work on cool plans and content for Saints Row fans, after all!
We've integrated this email address into our customer service system in order to help more people faster.

We recently moved the database of Saints Row users from THQ to SaintsRow.com, but there are people who have once signed up for a THQ account with another game than Saints Row: The Third. Since many of these THQ IPs now belong to different companies, and different games also have specific databases based on which game you created a THQ account with, that creates some troubles as you can perhaps imagine.
We try to manually migrate as many people as we can to the SaintsRow.com database, and send them a password reset email. We're also working on linking/unlinking systems. In the meantime, we can always delete a linked account if you want to link your Steam ID/PSN ID/Gamertag to a new account. This process automatically unlinks it.If you have an issue with Inauguration Station itself that is not account related, please leave a message in the Bug report thread instead.
