in manual of 1th edition "the stealer player begins play with three blips per turn, in third edition ( that i havent ) 2 reinforcements per turn? why? 3 was better for size of map.

the devs did not make the boardgame Space Hulk, Games Workshop did; all the devs has done is translated it to a pc game. The rules for the game were made by GW, so asking why about a rule change becomes somewhat obsolete. All the devs are doing is just copying the rules over to the pc game.

but 3 reinforcements are better for rescue map, 2 get really difficult the game for gs player, there are more SM that GS.

But that is the rules; I can understand where you are coming from though; I preferred the first edition; but this game is based on the 3rd edition so it has to be 3rd edition rules.
yes the 1rd edition was perfect, very thrilling and more funny, i not understand AC and lib for mapd that are remained the same and same size.

some missions in 3rd edition get 3 blips per turn.
rescue no and 3 blips are necessary for this map.
