Optimization patch 1.3.3 or Ipad

Optimization patch 1.3.3. has been made live (only for the iPad) smaller fixes made will come for PC/Mac with the Fangs of Fenris update. (est. End Jan/Start Feb)

We're also making a test build that just contains the main menu for users having issues with DLC, Shop and Achievement buttons not functioning properly. Hopefully the Steam SDK update from Unity in the current version has cleared that.

What does the Fangs of Fenris update do?

Fangs of Fenris is a new set of missions with, I believe, new models (or skins?) to make the Marine units Tereminators from the Space Woves chapter.

I've never had a single crash with this game since I first brought it but for some reason after this update it has crashed loads. I did what it said, which was to remove all running apps and then rebooted my ipad. I wonder if anyone else is having same problem?

I had that from time to time before the patch, when going back to a multiplayer game. I assumed it because I have too many other apps open, and tabs open in Safari

Makes little sense when we reduced the memory usage even further.

I know but it is definitely happening. It could be my iPad and I can try a reinstall (although I would rather not have to go through the bother). I also get both the flags on main menu flashing, or rather appearing and disappearing very quickly. Any thoughts?

Hmmm...odd reports on the flag...haven't seen that on any of our ipads. Did you try resetting once more to see if there was a difference (at least better than re-installing)

I'm still getting crashes and also on rare occasions the flashing flags. Here's a vid of the flashing flags so you can see what I mean. I never had this before the update :).

To clear this I simply have to close and reopen the app. I'm still loving the game. :)
