Mission 9 "Regroup" broken ?
When I hit "end turn" after the first turn, no Genestealers get spawned, I can only select my units though their icons on the left (clicking on them has no effect), I can issue orders like "Guard", but not move, and the "end turn" button is missing.

Basically, I'm stuck at that point.

I have the base game with no DLCs.

I had the same issue and it seems to happen when your reinforcements are delayed. Once, I got some reinforcements on turn 2 (though no Genestealers get spawned on turn 1) and was able to move my space marines and end the turn. I was stuck on turn 3 as described by Wyatan (with "reinforcements are delayed" message).

OK, was able to proceed by reloading until I got reinforcements at the start of every round.
As FrUnit7 observed, Genestealers still do not play.
It's only once the 4 terminator groups are on the map that the game starts playing normally.

Seems there are several bugs: AI tries to evaluate distance with Terminators that are not yet on the map (would be consistant with the Exception raised and the fact the error no longer happens when all terminators are in place), but the partial controls and missing End Turn button when reinforcements get delayed looks like a separate issue.

In any case, while it seems that reloading until you get reinforcements every turn is a workaround allowing to progress through the campaign to the next map, the map is broken.

Try verifying your local cache files. The bug might be caused by a bad file. I'm sure Zuggi will want to know about this either way though, so here's a free bump.

Hm... I dunno then. Well, one more bump for Zuggi. Maybe he can help.

So, are you planning to go for the "There is Only War!" achievement the same way you got the "Carnage Incarnate" achievement for Van Helsing, Wyatan? :)

Same way, dunno... At least, with VH, although it was incredibly boring, I was playing.
Here, the most efficient way is fire flamer, undo, fire flamer, undo, ad nauseam.
Prime candidate for automation, I guess.

I had the bug occur and found a better workaround. When unable to move my Termis around, I noticed the Stealer spawn points were highlighted. Placing the stealer blips allowed me to proceed. At first the blips were stationary, but after a few turns everything got going as normal.

Try placing the Stealer reinforcements before quitting and reloading.
