Maybe. I died on the tutorial levels though. There's always going to be someone worse than you lol.

You do need to move carefully, but remember: the more turns you play, the more enemies there are. and in a straigh-line race the GS only gain 2 squares per turn. You can afford to have them gain on your rear for a turn or two . Spend 2 CPs on running & the GS get no closer for a turn.
Its brief, but I hope there's something in there you can use.

yea to be honest i probably have to get my boots and and move more rather than attacking and waiting for them to come to me.

do you leave at least 1ap on your overwatch guys? it helps for unjamming guns on the genestealer turn. i think.

You say: Am I crap?
Yes, you probably and utterly are definitely a total failure. But with time & playing you will (hopefully) get better. And next you play (maybe?) on Difficulty HARD. And possibly one day you say to yourself: Why did I ever bothered playing on EASY and/or NORMAL mode.
But until that day comes, then yes. Face it, you´re crap. Lol :steamhappy:

yes it is very frustrating.. you are doing make believe in your head about your story .. feeling like a champion ... and then JAM JAM JAM and the game turns you on your head.
Do I replay or can I redeem myself! FOR THE EMPORER!!

I just play wolves and melee everything. No jams we cool.

Maybe that's exactly the problem. This is not X-COM. No brave heroes to save Earth, becoming better with each mission. These are space marines, and they are on your screen only to die for the emperor -and wishing it. I recommend you playing not so safe when things become harder; a sacrifice can be the best way to earn time, so don't feel bad for leaving someone to watch your back and never reaching the goal.

Because it follows the rules of the board game you can sometimes be unlucky and lose even if you did everything right.

Remember to safe some action points for unjaming during Xenos turn, that is good piece of advice for u buddy

I was pretty awful initially. Although, you need to focus strictly on the game objectives and not worry about the 'nids too much. Also, be patient.

I'm not very patient in computer games. I had to adjust my thinking a bit. :eagle:

When you are ina 3x3 room double cover entrances. 1 Marine on OW and another (melee specialist) flanking the entrance. If the OW jamms the Xeno's going to face the melee first. Use this strategy on T shaped corridors too.

Not necessarily. In my games GS usually goes for the easier target or less actions.
