An open letter to Overkill and Valve
Dear members of Overkill and Valve,
The signatories of this letter want to say THANKS TO OVERKILL for developing such a great game. We had hours of fun with it and we will probably have several more. Until now a great and strong community has developed and there are many players who contributed a lot to it. Thanks to them as well.
The majority of people behave themselves as responsible humans in the game and the community, but there are few players who attack other gamers and other Steam-groups by dishonorable comments and pictures. Some of these were of worst taste and often the victims of these attacks were presented as racists. We, the signatories of this letter condemn every form of racism and we condemn such digital attacks as well. We want this to stop and we think, that Valve must take actions by deleting comments and pictures attacking other players. They can not handle it alone, but even reporting attackers or their disrespectful comments to Steam has not changed the situation. Things like that should not be stored on the Steam-servers and violators should be punished for trying to ruin the community.
WE LOVE PAYDAY, WE HATE RASCISM and WE WANT A RESPECTFUL AND FRIENDLY COMMUNITY!
With best regards
