How to fix that fuzz?

I absoloutly love this game, especially the ability to play as everyone's favorite(or not) merc the Scout. Unfortunately I cannot fully enjoy the utter hilarity or awesome that happens durring my game because it keeps getting fuzzy durring gameplay and ONLY durring gameplay. Is it just some kind of graphics issue with my computer being too weak or is there a way to fix this?
