v-sync always on?

I have a 75Hz montor with G sync on but even with the v sync option off I have max 60 fps, don't know why...

maybe the game force it to 60Hz, try to set preferred refrsh rate to Maximum available in the nvidia cp

i have 144Hz monitor and yes, its allways on 59 :(

I'm using a G-SYNC monitor at 120 Hz with Vsync off. The game is internally capped at 62 - 63 FPS.
