Station Name Login Says invalid

When i try to login after the SoE screen, it come sup with station name and password, i fill it in and it just tells me that they are invalid, i've made 2 accounts with different e-mails and the same thing keeps happening, what do i do?

I have this same issue. I've made sure the Station Name is correct and changed the password several times to no avail, I can log into the website perfectly just not the game. I don't understand why this is happening but I took a look at the actual DCUO forums and it seems others have been having this problem, but since the forum is such a barren wasteland there are no solutions posted there. If any exist.

Edit 1: I've tried contacting the Community Manager on the European DCUO forums to see if I can get a response from him, I'll post back when I get a reply.

Okay. I've found out from a guy on their forums that this game WILL NOT WORK for the EU any more because you don't need a SoE account, you need a ProSiebenSat.1 Games account.
Therefore the fix for this is to delete the Steam version and download it from the EU website for the game through its own launcher. I know this seems like a tedious method, but its the only way.

So to play in Europe you have to install it from the European Webpage, and thats when you notice that the game freezes during the character creation proces

My friend got past that part, strange. I'll update this reply when I get mine fully installed, its taking ages.

I'll tell you what happened to me...
Downloaded STEAM version, launched and cannot log in, in the upper left corner of the launcher window you can see SOE logo, that version connects with US servers, when I tried to link my account to log into that servers nathing worked, creatins a new account gave me an idea of why I cannot log is, as I cannot find my country in the list, Spain in my case, also didn't find any EU country.

In one point I go to the web page and redirected me to DCUNIVERSEONLINE.EU, downloaded the laucher from there, accepted the conditions, log in fine and downloaded the full game again, note that in this launcher you see in the same upper left corner the ProSiebenSat.1 logo.

Now I can play, out of STEAM, don't know why it doesn't work in steam, shoul they make two launcher versions, or just implemente the EU one into STEAM too.

Indeed. I did this a few days ago and its worked fine now. They really should fix that launcher though, very off putting for people who don't pursue the issue.

I had this same problem but after about 2 weeks, it started working and let me play.

Finally I made it work. EU version with achievements and alll!!!

I installed BOTH versions, the SOE one in STEAM and the ProSiebenSat.1 out of STEAM, then I realized that the problem was really the laucher, so I overwritted the SOE launcher files and dlls and folders with ProSiebenSat.1 ones, than just added one line in the LaunchPad-user.ini file, at the bottom add this "launchArgs=-STEAM_ENABLED"

The complete listo of files copied/overwitten from ProSiebenSat.1 to SOE is as follows:
LaunchPad.dll
LaunchPad.exe
LaunchPad.ini
LaunchPad-user.ini
and the whole LaunchPad.libs folder

All should be in the root folder of the game, should be something like this:
..\Steam\steamapps\common\DC Universe Online\

If you use the default folder for your ProSiebenSat.1 version, then you can find it here:
...\Users\Public\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\DC Universe Online Live\

what happened with me it wouldn let me sign in on EU website but it does on the US site fine try signing in on the US site then you might get in.

can I find those files anywhere, or do I need to download it again? It's about 17 GB.
