DC Universe Online
Issue with Launcher
My launcher, when brought up, takes 3 to 6 minutes to come up, and then gives me the failure to connect error. I've checked my internet several times, and it is working completely fine. Does anybody know how to fix this? Ive restarted the launcher several times but it won't work.

Something is wrong with the servers, i'm not sure when they will be fixed though :(
Same here. Must be a server problem like Kelpo says.

same here but then the losding screen just stays black nearly all day
Well, im not alone then. :P
Yeah, just downloaded the game again through Steam (used to play but then got sidetracked with other games and uninstalled it) and am getting this message. I hope their inboxes are full of requests to fix this, and at the same time at least I'm not the only one.
Same as Disig here... used to play, first day back, and what do you know? Can't even log on. Guess I'll go play something else. To tired to wait around. Only decided to come back because I've been reading a lot of New 52. Might try again post-exams. Who knows?

THIS IS THE FIX THAT WORKED FOR ME!
Didn't see this at first... So i'll re-re-quote to put it at the bottom.

Delete the "Launchpad-user.ini" file.
Default install path:
Steam\steamapps\common\DC Universe Online\LaunchPad-user.ini
How do you uninstall the file?
