Game crashes after three minutes.
Here is my crash log, can someone help me ? :( Thanks !

Unfortunately this bug can happen for a variety of reasons, but I'll try and list all solutions to you here.

1. You need to update your video card drivers.
2. There is an issue with laptops that have both a dedicated graphics card as well as onboard. These laptops usually have power management which switches videocards to save power at times, which can causes crashes.

Solutions to fix this can be found here:

3. There is an incompatibility with XNA and certain video cards (Intel HD and nVidia 500m series) that prevents the game from running for extended periods of time in Fullscreen or Windowed mode. Unfortunately the only current solution is to play in the other mode (i.e. if you play in fullscreen, switch to windowed mode and vice versa).
