I think it's 8 targets with 10 daggers.

I never noticed how many daggers I got, but 10 sounded about right...

so is the stat card while playing, if you use the architect it says you still get 60%, but if you look at the stat card in game it says you get 70% which is wrong.

I don't know if that number is affected by gold bonuses (I know you get more gold, I mean I'm not sure if they account for that on the card)

In some Let's Play videos, I've seen the Architect say 70% in his monologue.

For me though, as far as I can remember it's always been 60%. Then again, I almost never used him...
