Wish I could reroll more than once
Anyone else? Just seems like a decent quality-of-life improvement that woule be great to have. Maybe have it be an expensive upgrade or even something you unlock upon reaching NG+.

As it is now, I have a certain class/spell combo that I'm really enjoying so I have to suicide characters for a few minutes until one turns up. Kind of silly to have to do imo.

I feel that defeats some of the purpose and spirit of the game. I say go at it with all you got on each life if for nothing else than the challenge.

I get the point of it and it does heavily influence how you play to start out. However, that's why I suggested it be an unlock or a high-price upgrade. By the time you can do infinite rerolls, you're at the point in the game where you're just trying to grind gold runs and unlock everything and see how deep the rabbit hole goes.

At least for me, at that point I'm more concerned with efficiency. If I find something that isn't even *close* to other classes in terms of complete run decimation, I'm gonna want to use that instead of anything else because I feel it's a better use of time. If all classes were pretty close, then sure, but that's not going to happen since upgrades heavily influence performance. For example, I went full int upgrades so my casters are decently powerful. Comparatively, my melee classes are weak as garbage and can't kill anything. It's a waste of time entirely to try and kill anything with a melee for me when I can just suicide and get a class that whomps everything.

no crit class with both ginormous size and the heavy no knock-back trait...the guy was bigger than the tower monters and his sword reached miles attached with 10hp life steal

Although I wouldn't personally use it, I don't think it would be bad for the re-roll upgrade have multiple levels that allow for more re-rolls. I think it should be priced high enough that its unlikely to be a smart choice for someones first time through the castle.

That said, I never even use the re-roll provided. Instead of trying to farm gold, just try to see how high of a new game+ you can get to. After you get to new game+3 or +4, the gold just comes in very fast.
