High Mouse Sensitivity?
The sensitivity is REALLY high. Any way to lower it?

I am curious on this as well but I haven't found a way.

It is pretty high. Though you don't need a mouse for this game. If your mouse moves too fast, navigate the menu with keyboard.

I almost never use it but for this game I used the 360 Xbox controller for the game. I don't play on the Xbox, it is just that a lot of games pretty much demand to have it and it isn't a bad controller so I would suggest at least trying it.

I use my ancient Logitech Wingman for this, I found the mouse twitchy as well. The only place I use the mouse is in the menus. Maybe turn off mouse acceleration in Windows control panel?
I've had some FPS games I had to do this with.

I used that helped with mouse in old gen games have a look you may need to tweak etc but it's worth it i've no accelerated movement now it's 1 to 1 , plus i have a dpi hardware adjustable logitech mouse and not a shonky razer with software defined options..

also with this old game uset
games\Duke Nukem - Manhattan Project\duke\base\config.cfg

r_mode "1920x1080x32"

r_mode "800x600x32"

changing the res to your screen res fixes up some of the mouse speed issues also had to dig the CD for this still got it.

Honestly this is what a Xbox 1 controller is for this is not a mouse game

Keyboard or Gamepad or Joystick.

There should be an option but there really isn't, and for that I agree with you on the Controller needed.
