Hump Yard @ Maschen
Hello all, I thought that i am thinking about creating a switching scenario that utilizes the Maschen Guterbahnhof/Rangierbahnhof/whatever the hell a german freight yard is called. I am planning on utilizing the BR189 supplied with the Academy assets pack for use with a 3rd party repaint that will be the player train. The ICE-T, ICE 2, Hamburg-Hannover, ME146, and Classic European Assets are most likely to be used for AI traffic and freight cars.

So anyone know which routes available on Steam have a working hump yard?

i dont think there are any classification yards in TS. I would love to see the BNSF yard in Cheyenne, WY reproduced for TS UE4

I am unable to get them to work reliably. Sometimes OK and then for no apparent reason when the wagons are released, they speed away down the slope but suddenly stop. Another member suggests that it is a program thing and you will never be able to hump shunt on this sim.
Seems strange as they have created these hump sidings in some detail - even labelling the release point 'top'.
