VAC only bans when it actually detects a modification. False reports do not cause a VAC ban :)

He isn't VAC banned, he just got banned from a server. And recently, there have been quite a few false VAC bans that have been reversed, AND there were some programs a few years ago that were known to cause false VAC bans. You're wrong, kid.
