ERROR
what is wrong when all players in-game are big ERROR signs??
what can i do to fix it?? pls help

you can just restart the game it happened to me but they told me to restart an it worked

OR you can just go and restart steam and it works

Type cl_minmodels 1 then quit the server and re-join it, if models are not in big error red it's good but if they re-appear on error, i suggest you to delete these models files then to re-download these.
