I need some help.

I've always loved to fight a large number of bots that have knives only. However, whenever I type in 21 bots for example, and put them on one team, there are only three on the other team. Why does that happen? Do I have to type something into the console?

Go to library,click the right button of mouse on Counter Strike Source.
Go to propriety,set launch options,write -console
Now,launch css and you will have the console.
Click on create a server and select bot,map and other things...
When you play,click esc button and write in console

Now,the bots join your server and play ^^
