css wont load

Ok i have tried all the fixes known to me and that i could find to try and fix thisproblem .I have just reinstalled windows and yes i have made sure all drivers are fine .Everytime i go to load css it starts to showim in game without actually going into the loading screen then after a couple of seconds it crashes if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated :)

its ok ive fixed the problem i just had toupdate drivers for a second time andnow it works thankyou anyway :)
