G35 (Headset) Crash by starting CS:S

Dear Community,

i have a Problem since longer..
my Headset is: Logitech G35, and if i starting Counter-Strike: Source the Headset are disabled heself, and after many Seconds are reactivating self.

it's only by CS:S, as Example by CS:GO can i not see this Failure.

i think its a Hardware conflict with Steam and the hl2 application, but i don't find the Failure.
maybe Steam can bring an Update for this Issues
