CSS: Non Silenced USP or Silenced USP

According to the Counter-Strike Wiki, the suppressed USP also has the disadvantage of overall lower damage. Doesn't say how much, however.

So there we have it. More stable damage and a shorter length, or quieter gunshots and more accuracy. For those who can't make up their mind, it really does help for the suppressor to be attached/removed on the go.
According to weapon script files, only accuracy is modified, not damages. At least, true under Counter-Strike Source, i don't know for global offensive.

No CSS USP silencer reduces the damage, testing in the game proves this...
No matter the feeling, the weapons is scripted like this, only accuracy is modified. The feeling can be different, but the true behavior is setup in files. But i repeat, only verified under Counter-Strike Source

Wrong. Its is easily verifiable to see that Counter strike Source silenced USP reduces damage over keeping it off. Your weapon script is wrong or you've never read it properly. Damage with the silencer is modifed to be less than no silencer. This is the true behaviour.

This is not up for debate or "feeling" - this is fact. You are wrong.

You can test it in game for like 3 minutes, it's not hard at all...... For example, headshot with USP silencer against a helmet is 58, no silencer is 66. It's like this for every other hitbox part where the silencer reduces damage over keeping it off.

i use silenced usp when being stealthy but otherwise i have it detached
