Cant change resolution and cant play adventure mode. ?Help?
I press "adventure mode" push "v" to start a character, them im prompted to choose between a few different character skins. After this then what? What do I press to start the game.

Try to change my resolution from default to 1920 x 1080. When I do this and press apply I have a similar probmem. I click the back button and hit escape and nothing happens, Its like the back function breaks when I change my screen resolution to 1920 x 1080.

If you can help with the first problem because I just want to play.

To select a character skin, you need to hit whatever the action key is assigned to in the controls. The default is "Z". Also, I am working on a fix for the resolution changing bugs now. In the meantime, you can edit the config.txt file in the Spelunky directoy to change the resolution. Sorry for the trouble!

I have had this issue as well. Not with the resolution, but attempting to start an adventure. I have hit every key on the left half of my keyboard and the enter and carriage return keys and the adventure still won't start.

I found that the button you press to join the game lobby is the same button you press to declare yourself ready. It would be nice if it said that at the bottom of the screen next to where it displays the button to go back. Additionally, I found that if that button does not work to start the game, you have to exit the game all together and restart Spelunky (hoping that it works this time).
