At the moment there is no way to make a campaign level editor as there is most likely no way to do it without reverse engineering the game (or something along those lines)
OPINION
I get this is an opinion, but heres another example : just because a resteraunt might serve a food you find putrid doesn't mean the resteraunt is then bad, cause you can still choose to not have it.
Nobody would be forcing you to do something you don't like.
