Controller follies
Recently my controller (a Logitech F310) would not work with player 1, it would only allow player 2 to use it. It was working fine earlier today, and I've tried reinstalling Spelunky. Any help would be nice.

This happens to me too. One way to reproduce (sometimes): when I unplug my controller while the computer is in sleep mode. Upon waking, running Spelunky makes the keyboard become the primary input device, and only player 2 can use the controller (rendering it useless for single-player).

Restarting the computer usually resolves the problem.

I would love to see this fixed in the game somehow.

(I also have an F310.)

It turned out that it reached the end of its life, but I'll keep an eye on this. (replaced with another F310)

Idea for the devs:
Have a count of how many controllers are plugged in, that way you can have a three player game where p2 and/or p1 want to use keyboard and p3 want to use controller.
