linux support
Title says it all:
is there support for linux planned for the future? I'd buy solely because of that.

Cheers

I would like to know that, too.

I would get it on GOG and then use Wine to run it, I'm sure it'll run fine. ;)

Yeah, I'd buy it if a Linux version came out. Seems perfect for a Linux port, really.

With the non-skippable ESRB logo platered over the screen every startup (you can hide that by overwriting Data/Textures/esrb.png with any PNG you want), I suspect the ESA has robbed this developer of their indie status, and the fact that the game (just about) requires an XBOX controller, don't hold your breath for a Linux version.

Wouldnt count on it, looks like a mediocre port at most (only 16:9, only 360 controller) and is probably riddled with non-cross-platform middleware.

Linux (and Mac) versions are something we would like to see happen. Nothing has begun on either at the moment though.

___ - The game supports non 16:9 resolutions. We letterbox the screen to ensure that players with larger monitors don't have an advantage in seeing more of the level. It was a design choice and not a technical one. Also, the game is not "riddled with non-cross-platform middleware" Everything but the input and rendering code is platform independent.
