You can now get everything in the game without any need to pay. When you pay you still save a huge amount of time. Hope this helped, even if I kept it as short as possible, since those things also depend on your point of view and what you are willing to do, in order to not pay money.
Yes, it is P2W, and it is so frustrating I just quit the game, P2W castles are so OP, they build defenses so tough that they themselves can't beat, so they pay for a higher level to validate them, then thats it, you have lvl 16 castles so hard to beat you can't beat them until you get to lvl 30.

Totally pay 2 win, if you want your castle to look anything like a p2w castle looks like at level 12, you need to get to lvl 30 then grind for months. Sad, because the concept of the game is incredible, had they followed TF2 for instance, that for real money only gives kill counts, naming weapons and cosmetics to players, this game would be one of the biggest online games today, instead, it is so p2w people avoid it like the plague, I will, and I had a lot of fun until I started to bounce on every p2w castle I found. Crazy bosses, crazy traps and defeses, at lower levels, I couldn't beat them being almost 10 lvls above.

I regret spending anything on this garbage game... I've uninstalled it after 100+ hours wasted.

strangly, it does not even surprise me, i was at the alpha and the beta (maybe 1 year or so) and ubilol has never been able to balance the game or show the game is playable for everyone at the same level (P2W VS F2P), i wanted to get back but when i saw all the bad review and the bad comments of the actual state of the game, what a shame, that's surely why i never buy ubilol games btw

Pretty much Prinny. P2W garbage and Devs that sit on their hands. Would not recommend and I'm changing my review to reflect that.

I saw lvl 28 that wiped in my castle, but then there also came a lvl 18 and he did it.
BTW my castle is lvl 17. There are only 6 rare mobs. Since I was beta tester, I have a bling mine and that's all you need. If you don't care for massive attack and wear instaed sometimes a farm gear, It's no problem to build some usefull minions on youre own.
I also reat those "P2W"-comments but asked my self "What If they are just trolls?".
Give it a try and avoid to promote youre castle to fast because no one has to wonder when everything that matters to them is to reach lvl 30 and have a bunch of nothing in their castles :D

I saved my bling, got 2 bling mines when they first came out and try to empty them every day, even if I don't actually play some days. I bought every monster or trap that came on sale to make my bling and mats go further and built up a decent stable of bad guys. About half the comments from my attackers is some insult about me being a F2P player even though I am not, so you really can do the same things without paying.

The fact PublicLauncher.exe didn't close when I closed the game added 13 hrs that I was actually online for to my play time. LOL.

My castle only has one monster and someone died to it btw... That monster is a chicken... Either something's wrong or my castle got whiped clean whenever the crafting came into the game. #NotReturning

It's not REALLY p2w, imo. Let's say you're lvl 15 and there's a lvl 15 castle full of hard monsters and a big boss ... obviously, the player paid to get it. YOU KNOW it'll be hard so it is up to you to risk it ... if you don't risk it, you lose nothing. Also, that castle will usually have a bonus to the loots so yeah, it'll be hard and everything but if you do succeed, you'll get better gears. I always try those hard castles only for the loot bonuses and most of the time, if I win, I get 1-2 orange items or even a purple one.

The timer is p2w, tho. But it's only 10 blings (0.10€) and it's a way for other players to get some extra blings so ... why not?

What is unfair to me is the balance between classes ... I started with a runaway and I'm still playing it because I like the play style but dam, some of her skills are bugged and do 0 dmgs while the description says "it will deal huge dmg of d00m" ... kinda suck :d

It is most definitely pay-to-win, in fact, its pay to play unless you want to grind like mad to get no-where fast… It started off great, and then the developers decided to monetise the game and made all the existing creatures diseased. This had the effect of removing three quarters of the players in one swoop (Don’t believe me? Take a look at the player statistics). The game never really recovered from that.

I still find it funny people are still complaining about this. A business is a business. You don't like how its run, don't use/buy their product. Simple as that.
