This looks like the same exact engine used in the Penumbra games (I'm assuming the Amnesia series to be Penumbra evolved).

This is in no way safe for kids, there is gore all over the place and a fair bit of swearing. It's not the worst choice you could make in terms of a first horror game experience as there's a reason behind all the gore and swearing, but I'd still say it should only be played by people age 17+.

There is a fair amount of gore later in the game. There's also plenty of profanities, some nudity, necrophilia, etc.
