Stuck in walls and cannot get out!

Hello everyone,

I was in the centrifuge room and died out of no where. I woke up, I was in the hall where the upright pig runs at you from behind and shoo's you to the main centrifuge room.

I'm just stuck in the map of the game. I see where the doors should be but there are no doors, only a couple horizontal lines where the doors should be.

This part of the map is active when you pull the lever and the room directs you to the hidden hallway, which where I am stuck at.

Anyways, I can not die in here, nor can I restart to a better place because I HAVEN'T SAVED SINCE i STARTED BECAUSE THERE IS ONLY A "SAVE AND EXIT" OPTION! haha

Any help?
