[BUG] Holding tab to change weapons freezes the game

It seems when I hold TAB to switch my weapons, it freezes and stays on the screen, and I cannot get rid of it.

I have basicaly same problem..
When I hold TAB, the weapon selection menu appears, but whole game stops responding to almost any input. With keyboard, I was able to drop active weapon or quit the game by ALT+F4..
But it works well with gamepad..

OS: Linux - Ubuntu 14.10 64bit

I have the same problem - I think it's extreme input lag, because I was able to close that menu few times, after holding esc for like 20seconds.

I find if I do the Shift-Tab thing, it removes the wheel from the screen, then I can go back to playing. Super pain in the ass, though, not to be able to switch weapons like that

I had to plug in a game pad to navigate/exit the weapon/tab menu.

I am having also the same issue.

You need a controller for this.

It seems that this is a very early/untested port from console to PC.

Many functions that requires a keyboard are not working as supposed to...
For example if you press enter in order to talk you cannot press shift+any letter

you need to hit enter button on keyboard, then your weapon changes properly.
that brings other problem. enter also activates chat in game,making wheel of weapon not just useless but harmful
