Single/Mulit player games Saves

I played a multiplayer game with freinds last weekend and we got fairly far into the game and I was pleased to see we had a bunch of saves we could go back to when we got together again to continue. However what I didn't like to see was when I played a bit of a solo game, the saves started to overwrite the multilpayer saves!! Is this mechanism for saving really how it is > Or am I missing something? It would be awful to think I can't really play this game solo whilst I have those multi saves to keep. Will it just keep at least one multi player save for me? i didn't want to
go any further with my solo game to find out :(
Any info on how this works would be grand ty and happy hunting

I think eventually old saves are replaced by new ones. :( What you can do is create a backup of saves you want to keep.

*cough* also handy if you don't wanna restart after losing all your lifes. *cough*

They dont replace each other, they just stack into the same load dialogue.
The entire menu is being reworked for the launch of the expansion and there will now be a load menu for both SP and MP and they won't show the same files, you will also be able to rename and delete from that dialogue.

Now that is some good news :D exactly what we need,...good to see this game still getting attention from the Dev's. re-names can help you keep a few different campaigns, nice. OK my last question is.....When can we expect the Expansion? :D

Well, I think that the menu thing will be in the updated beta next week. The final release of the expansion have no real date, but you can play the entire campaign in the beta thread if you want.
