How do I know when I stop getting paid?

There is a certain part of the day where I stop getting paid. Is it when the clock starts flashing or after.

when the timer sound to say the day has ended, i believe

At 18:00. You have to finish up your applicant but you won't get paid for it. At least you still get a bonus for detaining.

Your day starts at 6am and ends at 6pm when the foghorn sounds. You may be required to work beyond 6pm if you have been working too slowly and have yet to process all the scripted entrants for that day. Overtime is unpaid.
