How can I get The Ossuary and Stagnant Demesne chapters?

I've read that these came with the special edition, but it seems they are not included in any pack. Can anyone suggest a solution?

They are already included in the "Shadow of the Serpent Riders" version (the one being sold on Steam).

Oh really? did you purchase the game or the bundle of heretic and hexen? I insist with this because I cannot find this answer anywhere in the steam app. So, I appreciate a lot if you could confirm this. Thanks!

I bought the big ID pack, back in 2007 but I can confirm and garanteed you there are the 5 episodes in the Steam version of Heretic.

"After its big success, two additional episodes were released for free, upgrading the normal Heretic to Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders (v1.3). The original version of Heretic with three episodes was subsequently discontinued."
