What does the Other Eye of Goros do?

I know I used an Eye of Goros somewhere, but it's been a bit since I played the main game and I've forgotten. I'm currently in the DLC dungeon now and can't leave to figure it out.

Also, do both new dungeons show up as part of the side quest? I'm really enjoying it so far, hope we get more and/or another World of Xeen style M&M.

It's necessary to enter Limbo dungeon (coordinates 54,69).

The original Eye of Goros gives you access to the Limbo Dungeon, but after that if you go back to the Inn where you got it, you get another called Other Eye of Goros. Is this required to re-enter the Limbo Dungeon or used for something else?

found a use for it? after re-visit Limbo Dungeon it does not disappear.then it is applied somewhere else.

I haven't heard of a use for it. May be an unfinished thing.
