iirc you get the tea from a vendor on the agyn peninsula. Coords should be something like 119,56

tyvm, i just found it, first i was surprised to see there in tha wagon a training center for magic, but now i just went back tracking my steps and i found out that there is the merchant too :D, so immediately i saw buy and i bought the tea, so now everythings ok, but anyway thx for the help.
