The Naga Tea
Spoilers, probably? I'm at Karthal and so far found 5 different tea leaves. For some reason now the tags wont leave the screen, as if I'm supposed to do something with them. Also they appear as "usable" items on the quest token page, but no clue how to use them.

I'll add a picture in a bit showing what I mean with "tags".

It took me probably too long to understand that those tags mean those items are to be used/turned in in that area (not just for the tea). Spoilery -- there's an NPC in Karthal that wants them. Just talk to everyone in every door and you'll find him.

Yea you turn them in Karthal.

Also a tip: There's a bug where you can re-get the tea after you've completed the quest, but I dont think you can turn it in a second time, so probably avoid taking them again, to avoid some screen clutter.

You can't turn them in again no, even if you reacquire all 5.
