Where do i find the setting to open the console

In Options - Keyboard/Mouse make sure to enable Allow Developer Console. Then you can use the tilde key(~ , next to 1) to open console.

loads, type cvarlist to get a few, or read up here https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Console_Command_List

Console wont open for me....argggg

I remember to have that issue first time i played this game.

Ingame Dev Con is set to allowed, i start with option "-console", but no button open the C.

do you mean zombies ignoring players? if so, thats z_ignoreplayers 1 or something quite similar

Before using that command, make sure sv_cheats are on.

Yeah, thank you.....is there a commmand to keep the Stamina ?

Or a Silencer ?
