Pros: Disturbing, gory, intense. Plenty of suspense to go along with the jumpscares. FPP parkour done right: no start/stop, you can usually tell where you're supposed to go even when you sometimes have to figure it out while running, and it hardly ever messes up. The "found footage" style is a great idea and implemented well... the scary stuff isn't just there for the player's benefit, you're documenting it, the world will know the truth. The simplicity and linearity means you're never bogged down. Cool story, based in Norse myth. Stealth and chases work well together, and you hardly ever feel truly powerless, unlike in Penumbra and Amnesia(which I love, don't get me wrong). Creepy, memorable character designs.
Cons: Excessively gory, both in the areas that are gory, and the amount of areas that are gory(which, to be fair, aren't all of them), so you do get used to that. Length varies from 2-6(mine was 4) hours, and there's little replay value, in part due to the simplicity and linearity. Bad ending. Sometimes you do get slightly lost.
My recommendation: If the "found footage", stealth and parkour survival horror appeal to you, definitely play this.
