Multiplayer via internet/steam network? Surely I'm not the only one that really wants this?
I would love to play a game vs my friends on Facebook/Internet/Steam/a network, but currently I'm restricted to playing with others on the same computer. Is this ever going to happen?

I bought this game and love it but only put a few hours in due to lack of ability to play online with freinds. I can tell ya I could easily get a few more freinds to buy this game if it had online co-op. But it will most likely sit in my steam list unplayed till then. Please Devs online co-op is all I ask!

It would be awesome if it was possible

Not to be ungrateful as I find this game to be the best game ever but ... yes I would love multiplayer mode ... but its also a very hard to imply into a game code so late in development, nearly impossible to get it to work perfectly crisp

but it's primarily a singleplayer game that works best as just that. alot of people are loud about online multiplayer being a game changer but too few of those will actually feel that way should their wish be granted. no matter how much a small scope game achieves it seems it must always endure the molehill by which fence sitters may cry as their "only-if" mountain.

the local multiplayer was easy to add on and can attenuate SOME wish for novelty multiplayer but network multiplayer is an impossibility at this point and the reasons have been explained to death. you can read back or search if you are curious why you must suffer what you feel is a "glaring omission".

The chances of getting online multiplayer for this game are non-existent, it'll just sit on my library forever. I enjoyed the first few hours but after a while it just felt so empty and lonely. If a game is going to have multiplayer on PC it should not be local only, EVER. Its one of the main reasons why I double check if a game's multiplayer is online and why I stopped playing Guacamelee. Hopefully the devs understand this and if in the future they create another game with multiplayer they add online multiplayer even if it has to be like Risk of Rain's multi where you have to host your own server with Hamachi or port forward, at least have something. I doubt that this game will get more sales due to this unless it goes for like 80% of a weekend or steam sale and even then people can just check the forums for the general consensus of the community towards this game and see that its not worth it. Games with Local only multiplayer on PC are not acceptable and they deserve no sales. Also Sere your argument doesn't work, at all, it would if the game DIDN'T have the option for multiplayer. But in this case it has multi if the devs bothered to make local multiplayer they should've put in the extra legwork to make the online multi. And no, this game is anything but single player, it feels barren and empty if you play it alone, its just boring, I wanna dungeon crawl with my buddies while stealing their loot, is that too much to ask for?
