The opt in beta has complete Vive support. :)
Full release is on hold while we test the LoDM twitch integration on Mac and Linux... but the Vive and Oculus support is already working great.
Also, we'll be showing off LoD in the Vive at PAX East this month.

Hopefully by the time your Vive shows up, it will be released to the public, if not, you can opt into the beta whenever.

Brilliant Cp'n

Look forward to playing your game. Had it for ages (think I even spoke to you on r/vive) and just wanted to make sure all is well and good.

..and yeah..get it updated to show Vive + Rift support asap ;) Can only help you sell more copies :D

Anyway..thanks and all the best.

I'm not entirely sure how this works, but is there any way of getting your game tagged as SteamVR compatible when only the beta is compatible?

It'd be nice to be able to see it in the headset as VR compatible when trying to launch it.

I can try this on my new Vive, I'm glad the support is there in the beta! Would be great if it would show up in steamvr as jhoff80 suggested.

Yep, that will happen as soon as we make the release what's in the beta to the public.

The April 19th Steam Client Beta added support for adding game betas to the Steam VR Library Group.

"Improve handling for games that support VR only in a beta branch. These should only show in the SteamVR group if the user is opted into the beta."

Great Game!

I can't get this started in VR mode??

I can't get it started in VR mode either.

First, after opting into the Beta - branch, the only two options are "norma" and "Oculus", but I have a Vive.

Then, I get a warning that I should close SteamVR to launch a desktop game, or suffer performance issues.

Finally, the game refuses to run, giving me a Steam error message about missing executable.

EDIT: Oh... http://steamcommunity.com/app/238280/discussions/0/392184522721728395/

I am going to update the launch options for beta, but we've been excessively busy the past 3 weeks... hopefully things will slow down so I can get a chance to make these changes.

Hi there

Has this been done yet? I'm quite keen to buy this and try it on my Vive.
Cap'n Robot  [developer] 20 May, 2016 @ 9:14am
nope, things still haven't slowed down... but I'll try to get to it this weekend.
BnanaRepublic 23 May, 2016 @ 8:14am
Ok great, thanks for the heads up. I'll keep an eye open. :)
jhoff80 23 May, 2016 @ 8:37am
Honestly (and this is just my opinion of course) there's no reason not to buy it anyway. It already works great on the Vive, you just need to launch it first from outside VR. It's more a convenience thing than anything else.
