The strangest glitch/errors...

I have been playing this game co-op with my 2 friends through Hamachi. Yeah, we've encountered the usual bugs such as doors not opening, guns disappearing from inventory and having to reload saves and ♥♥♥♥ like that. Then we verified the integrity of the save files, the three of us, and one of my friends was getting an error message every time he tried launching it. This is what it said.

Now, he's tried deleting the file in the directory, uninstalling/reinstalling, etc. But this message keeps popping up. This isn't the weird part though (we'd like help with it by the way. Can't figure out what the hell is going on with this.)

This is when it gets weird. We're on a secure hamachi server, right. So my one friend was sitting in the server when me, (the host) and my other friend had left the server. Normally the server would go down for him as well, right? Not. He was still in the game and able to move around. We were out of the game for 10 minutes and he saw two players walking around opening up doors and going about their business. He turned around and saw the second unknown player. He thought it was one of us. The names weren't showing up though. He thought it was strange and shot the dude in the head, the unknown player shot back at my friend and ran away. In a fright, he exited the game and told us what happened.

Has this happened to anyone before?
