Bought DXHR-DC, can't install ("coming soon")

I just bought the game (it became available in Store here in Russia 7 minutes ago), but the Steam client says it's still "coming soon".

I've bought it but I can't install it either, there's just a blank box where the install button should be. I'm thinking maybe we were allowed to buy it an hour early? Maybe wait until the next o'clock to come around before trying again, I dunno.
