Using a tablet with this game

Hello. I'm interested in using a drawing tablet for this game. I saw this game being played by someone on a stream, and that streamer normally played a game called "Osu!". Osu is a rhythm game that many people use a tablet to aim the crosshair and click circles.

I was hoping that I would be able to use my tablet in a similar manner for this game, however, it looks like the game uses raw input from my tablet. Is there a way to disable this so that I can play the game using my tablet?

Just in case: I am not using a wacom tablet, so I can't really set area with that. I am using the Huion 420.

It wasn't a joke, though. This tablet's name is actually the H420 lol

I already emailed them, though, and they said they wont add support for tablets. I'll just play with a mouse.
