Your description leaves much to be desired.

If something is killing you too fast, stun the hell out of it and have your high-damage guys try to beat it to death before you run out of mana.

Hey sorry i was frustrated while typing :)
Its kinda at the start when i still only have two "monsters" in my arsenal, He is guarding a cave enterance. He has 3000 hp if i remember correctly.. I just skipped him cause i only have interrupt to counter his attacks, no stuns.

It's definitely doable, though I suppose it depends on the difficulty level. You can always find other things to kill then come back stronger.

Do you mean the Ice King? (I think thats his name...) If so, there is another path you can take, and once you clear out the cave he is a lot easier.
