Old Baily Quest Part 2 Help

Ive managed to get to the 4th level and kill every thing and even found a ring and some Hylailan fire (which both dont seem to do any thing) but I carnt finish the quest is there a bug or am i missing some thing ??

Yes, Questcompletion of Old Bailey Part 2 is still buggy in 1.30 and will be fixed in 1.31, sorry.

I've only ever seen two levels ... Where's the third and fourth hiding

There is a door which is actually barred during your first visit. After you report your success to Master Dramosh, you can return there and his apprentices will help you to open up the door. So then you can proceed to the other levels.

Huh ... Dont know if i did something wrong then, but when I reported in after I'd finished the quest I couldnt get back into the bailey. If i clicked the door the guard would say something like "Oh its you again" then thank me, but i had no access ... I'll give it another shot with a new group, thanks!

how/when you get the 2nd part of the Old Baile quest? What are the prerequisites you have to meet?

I think your party has to be level two.
