[Bug] After loading Autosave.
I made a mistake and took the wrong path, so decided to load in my last autosave. This was at a point were I had two injured part members. When I camped after loading the autosave I could no longer assign my doctors to the injured, even though they were both free. I just had grayed out buttons saying 'unaffordable'

And I had also lost 14 meat that I had before the autosave.

Yes, tons of medicine, and the members of the party were being treated before the autosave.

I will stay away from loading the auto-saves for the time being.
