[Linux] desktop cursor over the in-game cursor

I have the issue that my desktop cursor is also in-game shown over
the regular game cursor ....looks kind of strange/annoying. Anyway to fix that or
is that a Unity3d thing? Is acctually the only game with that issue....

Hi. It is an issue that appeared on the latest Unity3D version. We'll try to see if we can find a work around and fix the problem in the next patch.

Got the same issue. No problem when using Windows version with wine though.

Same issue here, it's a bit annoying, but nothing that makes the game unplayable.

I'm using the last patch (1.5.0), but the issue persists... I guess it couldn't be solved?

Next patch will include an upgrade to Unity 4.3, which does include a fix for the cursor handling on Linux, so hopefully this issue will be fixed then. Can't say when the new patch will be out yet though.

As I said, it's not terrible :P, just a bit annoying. Everything else works flawlessly =)

There have been two patches since this intial post and neither one fixed this issue.

Any word on when/if this will be fixed?

There has been one patch since the initial post (1.5.0) as 1.4.5 was out on August 29th. As I mentioned earlier the next patch will upgrade the Unity engine to 4.3 which includes a cursor fix for Linux. We're currently waiting on getting the Russian implementation approved, before we send out the next patch.
