Unaffordable healing?

After searching on google without any result, I'm asking here:

I have a bunch of injuried crew, but when I check the treatment tab, all the doctors are greyed out and it says "unaffordable". First, I thought it meant I was running out of medicine, but I have 8 and 3 are required to heal one guy....

So what am I missing? why is it unaffordable? I don't get it...

Its unaffordable to heal everybody. You can only heal with the doctors that are not greyed out. You may have to unassign a doctor who is still attached to an unaffordable patient to heal your affordable one.
