huh, loading a game on second map == broken

When loading a saved game i receive some file not found exception messing up my screen. Other than this cosmetical problem, I can see that all my explorations are gone, probably other stuff stored in the saved game too. This makes the game unplayable on the second map, unless i go Ironman :(
