Pre record / league of Legends

If i start the pre record ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, a red bar is surrounding my screen. Wouldnt be a problem, but it blocks mouse strafing. Anyone knows how to solve that?

btw. i am not a native speaker so sorryfor my english :(

it is probably the same button to do the prerecord on as the frezze youre screen in lol. just try a different combo of buttons to put prerecord on
